Bad vacuuming neighbours

My normally great upstairs neighbours deciding they would vacuum their apartment. At 7:30am!! At first, I didn't know what the sound was. Is that a big truck outside my house? Did they start building the house in the empty lot just a ways over? No, turns out that was the vacuum cleaner. What were they doing?! Sunday morning! People sleep in on Sundays, and still, even if I wasn't sleeping in, 7:30 is earlier than I get up on a weekday. Eventually they finished and I went back to sleep.
