Foot tracking
My plan was to keep track of the number of footsteps I took all week and average the numbers out to get a true estimate of how much I walk each day. However, I forgot to bring the step counter to school the first few days and I got bored of wearing it after two days. Plus, on Thursday, it reset on its own at some point, so I'm not even sure how accurate the count was in the end. In any case, here is my meager data:
Wednesday Feb 6th
7997 steps, 3.67 km, 263.27 Kcal
Thursday Feb 7th
8576 steps, 3.85 km, 282.33 Kcal
The step counter reset on Thursday sometime around lunch. The last time I glanced at the step count, it was at 3251, and then after lunch it was at 721. So, I'm not sure how many it actually got up to between 3251 steps and reseting, so this is just an estimate.
