It's nice tonight - GO OUTSIDE!

I think I've written about my upstairs neighbour's treadmill before. It's annoying and loud, and it's right over my living room. It's used nightly for 45 minutes to an hour sometime between 7pm and 10pm.

Tonight, the treadmill started up around 8:30. BUT --- it's NICE out tonight! It's probably still 20 degrees outside. Nice and warm and great weather to be jogging OUTSIDE!! Why are they still using the treadmill when it's summer and gorgeous outside? I find it so annoying. I can understand using the treadmill in the dead of winter, but seriously now, enjoy the summer. Stop annoying me.
